El objetivo del Proyecto de Fortalecimiento de la Formación Ocupacional para el Sector Vulnerable es desarrollar un modelo de curso de formación de habilidades básicas en el Servicio Ecuatoriano de Capacitación Profesional (SECAP) para las personas socialmente vulnerables, como los refugiados, los discapacitados leves, los pobres, las mujeres y los desempleados, con el fin de mejorar los medios de vida, y es establecer un sistema para difundir este modelo a todos los centros de formación del SECAP.
Los participantes en los cursos de formación de habilidades básicas son seleccionados y se les proporciona apoyo para el empleo en cooperación con otros organismos relacionados, como la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados y el Consejo Nacional de Discapacidades (CONADIS). También se lleva a cabo una coordinación para proporcionar apoyo social y psicológico.

Abstract: This research will encourage technical knowledge and will contain definitions and analysis of the tools stipulated within the models of continuous improvement and customer service on issues concerning quality, since from them it will be possible to determine the path to follow for the growth and transformation of the customer service provided in the Ecuadorian Service of Professional Training (SECAP).
With the technical analysis of the current service levels, it will be possible to determine the aspects on which the continuous improvement model should focus and work, which can also be applied in any type of company, mainly in those that are of services.
Summary : This research will encourage the technical knowledge and contain definitions and analysis tools provided for in the models of continuous improvement and service customer on issues concerning quality, from them we can determine the way forward for growth and transformation of care provided to the client in the Ecuadorian Professional Training (SECAP).
