Agencia Alborada is one of its self-service stores that works continuously in inventory controls to correct the needs and customer service, all its activities revolves around its inventories so it requires to evaluate the internal controls of its inventories to avoid losses of its merchandise.

Descripción :  El propósito de esta investigación es desarrollar una solución a la problemática que enfrentan las empresas de consumo masivo ante la falta de aplicación de estrategias de marketing promocional y Merchandising para atraer nuevos clientes; debido a que esta empresa no está aplicando constantemente estrategias de marketing, sabiendo que hoy en día los consumidores y clientes son cada vez más exigentes, a la hora de tomar decisiones a la hora de comprar un producto que satisfaga sus necesidades, gustos y deseos. En respuesta a esta problemática, se realizará un análisis sobre el manejo y aplicación de las diferentes estrategias de marketing para determinar la situación actual de la empresa Mi Comisariato de la Ciudad de Machala. Para el desarrollo del análisis se utilizarán técnicas de investigación de observación directa para determinar las fallas internas; y para que la organización logre el éxito debe empezar por su entorno interno para mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo donde la comunicación entre sus colaboradores y jefes sea bien publicitada, evitando contratiempos y en lo posterior ofrecer un servicio post venta a satisfacción para cumplir con los requerimientos del Cliente.
